Fabric Checking
Before moving forward, fabrics undergo rigorous inspection to detect flaws such as weaving defects, color variations, or shrinkage issues. This step guarantees that only high‑quality materials enter the sewing line, reinforcing our commitment to reliability.
Fabric Cutting
The journey begins with fabric cutting, where advanced cutting machines and skilled operators ensure accuracy and efficiency. Patterns are laid out to minimize waste, and every cut is executed with precision to maintain consistency across large production runs.
Sewing
In the sewing department, experienced operators and modern machinery bring garments to life. Each piece is stitched with care, following strict technical specifications. Specialized machines handle different garment types, from basic apparel to complex designs, ensuring durability and comfort.
Ironing
The final touch is achieved in the ironing division, where garments are carefully pressed to perfection. Packing
